All financial transactions on the bdt399 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bdt399 does not charge currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically credited to your bdt399 account within a few seconds of confirmation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdt399 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in the matter being referred to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your identity during registration or verification.

Where an investigation is ongoing, bdt399 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and restrict account access until the investigation is concluded. bdt399's decisions regarding account closure and fund forfeiture in cases of confirmed prohibited conduct are final.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdt399 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the bdt399 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, including losses on casino games, sports bets, or Aviator crash game sessions.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues affecting your ability to place bets or access games.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or card networks.
• Errors or omissions in game outcomes determined by third-party certified RNG software.
• Changes to the platform's game library, betting markets, promotional offerings, or terms, made at bdt399's discretion.

bdt399's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes bdt399's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the bdt399 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bdt399 in respect of your use of the platform. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
